St. Vincent’s Hall – Niagara University Architect: E I Team LLC Construction Manager: Turner Construction Co. Date Completed: August 2000 The complete restoration of this under utilized historic building was transformed into modern classrooms and has become the centerpiece of the beautiful Niagara University campus located along the Niagara gorge in Lewiston, NY.

	Bisgrove Hall @ Niagara University Architect: Cannon Design General Contractor: Huber Construction Date Completed:  September 2007 This new academic building added 60,000sf of classrooms and office space to the Niagara University campus.
	Moot Hall – SUNY Buffalo Architect: Foit-Albert Associates Architect General Contractor: Picone Construction Date Completed: May 2001 This project was a complete restoration; the existing building was exposed to bare structure. Moot Hall is now a modern and efficient administration center for the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Cheektowaga High School Architect: Gordon W Jones Associates Project Manager: Ciminelli-Cowper Co. Date Completed: September 2003 The project consisted of a large addition for classrooms, administration offices, and gymnasium, along with smaller additions and many various renovation projects throughout the existing school.

Jamestown Community College Olean Campus Architect: Habiterra Associates PC Construction Manager: Ciminelli-Cowper Date Completed: July 2003 The construction of this new campus, five buildings in all, is a substantial addition to downtown Olean, in Cattaraugus Co., NY.
